Prima di goderci una doccia ed un letto veri e propri, ovvero non barcaioli, abbiamo avuto un’altra grande sorpresa. Prima di tornare a casa, dopo la barca, siamo passati dalle saline Ettore Infersa per goderci il tramonto. Il finale perfetto per una giornata perfetta. Una cosa vorremmo ricordare di questa esperienza. E’ stata una vera e propria esperienza corale. Tutti eravamo intenti a guardare il sole scendere sulle saline colorando le vasche in modo diverso. Per tutti intendo: siciliani e sud Italia, nord Italia, turisti ed un gruppo di rifugiati che approfittava del tempo libero prima della cena nel loro centro di accoglienza posto proprio di fronte. Tutti stavamo provando le stesse emozioni e la stessa meraviglia.
Before being able to enjoy a proper shower and a proper bed we had another great surprise. We went to the saline Ettore Infersa for the sunlight. It was the perfect end for a perfect day. One thing is worth to be remembered in this occasion. The sunset on the salina has been a communion moment. The best view on the pools of the Salina was exactly where there was a center for immigrants escaping from the horrors of the war or poverty in their home country. Therefore at the sunset we were all together : north italians, south italians, tourist from all over europe and refugees from all over Africa and the Mediterranean sea. We were all watching the same stunning landscape and, we guess, we were all having te same emotions. A choral moment!
